1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and browsing the Daily Cart website or initiating product orders through our website checkout or official WhatsApp communication channels, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Information & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product photography, technical specifications, and prices in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). However:

• Slight color variations may occur due to photography lighting and device displays.
• Equipment weights (e.g. cricket bats, rackets) reflect typical manufacturer tolerances.
• Website checkout records the displayed product subtotal. Our team confirms delivery charges, any agreed discount or advance payment, and the final collection amount before dispatch.

3. Ordering & Confirmation Process

A website order reference acknowledges that your request was saved. Counted items are reserved for that request; products without a stock count remain subject to availability confirmation. No online payment is collected, and a parcel is not sent until our team reviews and confirms the order.

An order is officially finalized once our support team has confirmed stock availability, the delivery address in Nepal, and the applicable payment/delivery method with the customer.

4. Intellectual Property

All branding elements, slogans (“Hand-picked. Checked. Delivered.”), layout designs, and curated content are the intellectual property of Daily Cart Private Limited Company.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
