1. Overview

Daily Cart Private Limited Company (“Daily Cart”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of information when you browse our website or communicate with us via WhatsApp, telephone, or digital channels.

2. Information We Collect

Checkout does not require an account or collect card or bank credentials. We collect the details you submit to review and fulfill your order:

• Contact Information: Your name, mobile number, district, city, delivery address, and optional landmark.
• Order Information: Product selections, quantities, prices, notes, order references, and confirmation and delivery records.
• Checkout Security: Cloudflare Turnstile verifies order submissions. A hashed connection identifier limits repeated requests.

3. How We Use Your Information

Your details are used strictly for legitimate retail operations:

• To confirm product availability, pricing, and packaging before dispatch.
• To coordinate parcel delivery with local courier and dispatch partners across Nepal.
• To provide order tracking updates and address sizing or warranty queries.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal contact details to third-party advertisers.

4. Third-Party Services

Website orders are stored in a private Cloudflare database for our team to review. They are not published in our product catalog. Confirmed delivery details are shared with Nepal Can Move when our team sends a shipment.

Your browser stores cart items locally and a checkout reference key in session storage so you can recover a saved order after a connection interruption. Checkout form contact details are cleared once your order is saved. The one exception is described next.

After you place an order or look one up on the Track Order page, your browser keeps that order's reference, and the mobile number for an order placed on this device (for up to your five most recent orders), so Track Order can reopen it without retyping. This stays only on your device and is not sent anywhere except to look up or cancel that order. Remove an order with Remove from this device on the Track Order page, or clear this site's data in your browser. On a shared computer, remove your orders after use.

Recently viewed product IDs and visit times are stored only in your browser for up to 30 days. You can remove them using Clear history in the Recently viewed section. This history is not sent to our order system.

We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google sets cookies or similar identifiers in your browser for this and receives your page views and device and approximate location information. We do not send your name, phone number, address or order details to Google Analytics. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with a browser privacy extension, and the store works the same without them.

When you contact us on WhatsApp for support, you are redirected to WhatsApp, a service operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Your interactions on WhatsApp are governed by WhatsApp's own privacy and data security standards.
