1. Delivery Coverage in Nepal

Daily Cart delivers its hand-picked home, kitchen, sports and lifestyle products throughout Nepal. We serve two primary fulfillment zones:

• Inside Kathmandu Valley: Kathmandu, Lalitpur, and Bhaktapur municipal areas.
• Outside Kathmandu Valley: Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal, Chitwan, Dharan, Nepalgunj, Hetauda, Itahari, Birtamode, Dhangadhi, and all major district hubs.

2. Estimated Transit Timelines

• Kathmandu Valley: Same-day or 24–48 hours from order confirmation.
• Major Cities Outside Valley: 2 to 3 business days via expedited domestic courier.
• Remote / Mountain Districts: 3 to 5 business days depending on road access and local transport.

3. Shipping Charges & Offers

Standard delivery is NPR 120 for parcels up to 5 kg in supported delivery areas.

• For parcels over 5 kg, our team will contact you to confirm any extra delivery charge before dispatch.
• Promotional delivery offers apply only to qualifying orders, as confirmed by our team.

Enter your full delivery address at checkout. Our team confirms delivery availability and any extra charge for heavier parcels with you before dispatch. If a free-delivery offer is advertised, we confirm whether your order and destination qualify, along with the final delivery charge, before dispatch.

4. Parcel Inspection on Delivery

We encourage all customers to inspect package outer seals upon delivery. If any packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please alert our WhatsApp desk immediately.
