That is why we do not run on star ratings. Our trust comes from choosing carefully, showing honest photos and details, and standing behind every order. If a photo is only illustrative, we say so. If something is wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we will look into it under our Return & Refund Policy.

- Kathmandu Valley: Same-day or 24–48 hours from order confirmation.
- 48 hours to report a damaged, wrong or defective item.
